Returns and exchanges

All goods sold are final and non-refundable. We regret to inform that you cannot cancel or revise your order once it has been processed and confirmation email sent to you.

However, Voguetots.com does exchange the products if it is due to manufacturer’s defect and this must be done within 3 days of receiving your purchase. Please email us the details of the defect. You have to exchange for item(s) which is of the same or higher value than your exchanged item(s). Sale/special offer item(s) are not exchangeable. No refund will be made for a replacement of lower value. Exchange will only be done upon the receipt and inspection of the products.

The postage / delivery costs associated with the exchange or return of item(s) will be borned by the customer.

Goods must be return in its original condition without any physical changes by registered mail or specified by Voguetots.com.

Price

All prices are correct at the time of purchase and are confirmed with an order confirmation email. Previously viewed prices via cookies on your computer will not be honoured and requests to do so will be refused. Sale prices are available only while stocks last.

Voguetots.com reserve the right to change and amend prices without prior notice.

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on Voguetots.com website as accurately as possible. Hence, we seek your understanding that the actual colour of the product may not be exactly the same as what you see on our website as it will also depend on your monitor’s colour display.
